Body Control Pilates exercises are adapted from the ‘classical’ exercises developed by Joseph Pilates. These physically challenging classical exercises have been broken down by the BCPA so that everyone, regardless of fitness level, can enjoy their benefits. This is the essence of the Body Control method.
The BCPA is Europe’s largest professional body for Pilates teachers and boasts an excellent reputation for effectiveness and quality. All members subscribe to a code of practice that governs professional ethics, teaching standards, class size (maximum 12 participants) and ongoing professional development.
